Cream Puffs

Ingredients

1 cup Namaste Perfect Flour Blend
1 cup water
1/2 cup butter
4 eggs
1 pkg. vanilla pudding mix (make as directed on package adding a cup of homemade whipped topping or cool whip)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. In a saucepan, heat water and butter to a rolling boil. Stir in flour and reduce heat to low. Stir over low heat for one minute as it forms into a ball. Beat in eggs all at once until smooth.
  3. Scoop onto cookie sheet by the spoonful. Bake for 30-50 minutes. Let cool. Add pudding filling. Drizzle with chocolate, if desired, and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
